Return Policy

ALL FAULTY AND CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS MUST INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING:

• Copy of proof of purchase from www.oceanearth.us
• A brief written description of the reason for your return

 

FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEM PROCEDURE POLICY

If you have received a damaged or defective item from us, please contact us immediately by email at [email protected]  with a brief description of the item’s problem and your invoice number. We will issue you a return authorisation number (RAN) and supply you with the return address details. Please follow the simple return procedure and we will arrange an immediate exchange of product, repair or refund. Exchange can only be made where appropriate and if item is available. Repair will be made by Ocean and Earth if required, and we will cover the cost of repairing the item if faulty. The delivery of the repaired or exchanged item back to the buyer will be covered by Ocean and Earth. If a product is unavailable, a full refund will be issued on receipt of product in same manner as payment was made.   All products must be returned in their original condition with original packaging including dust protector bags and swing tickets. All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer.  Ocean and Earth will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in return transit.

Ocean & Earth 1 Year Limited Warranty

Our products are guaranteed against faulty workmanship or defective materials for a period of 12 months from date of purchase. O&E will replace or repair your product upon inspection of your claim. The warranty doesn’t not cover fin cuts, natural wear and tear or abuse. A blunt edge on your fins is necessary to eliminate chances for cutting your leash. Warranty is voided if the product is used for commercial means.

Upon receipt of your order from oceanearth.us, we will strive to have it packed and shipped as soon as possible. Please allow for up to 1-2 business days for order processing and to be shipped.
